Plastic cup thermoforming machine is our lasted developed product, Sheet feeding and stretching part are driven by servo motor.Machine produces disposable products, such as plastic cup, bowl, lid, and box through the workflow of sheet feeding, sheet heating, forming, cutting and blowing, widely used and suitable for most of the customer requested. MACHINE FEATURES
1. Automaticsheet feeder with square steel structure, high wear resistance, more stable, efficiently, the accuracy of feeding size could be improved by automatic feeding.2. Material holder combines with the machine, which is controlled by cylinder, can move up and down. It is easy for operation, and saving more space.3. Machine adopts PID temperature system, it shows high precision, and temp control tolerance<1ºc4. Movably mould device is conveniently to assemble and dismantle mold, and the vibration of the machine could be reduced by machine's counterbalance valve controls the opening and closing speed, good stability, conducive to forming.

Forming,cutting die servo-driven,two-way adjustable for upper and lower mold stroke,in which the upper mold electric adjustablein clamping direction. The upper and bwer molds height position can be adjusted conveniently and fast under the clampingstate;lower mold in clamping direction readily accessible buffer,increasing the clamping speed,avoiding shock.7. Auto cutting, auto counting,auto transmission by PLC.8. Labor saving, only 1-2 workers packing.
